FG Roof and Waterproofing insulation systems
FOAMGLAS ® is totally impervious to water and vapor, it will not absorb water. An additional vapor barrier isnot required, as the all glass closed cell insulation fulfills the function to keep moisture out. FOAMGLAS ® possesses high compressive strength and is free from deformation in the long-term.Further qualities of the glass materialare: non-combustibility and dimensional stability (no shrinkage, no swelling, no warping); it is rot, insect, vermin and acid proof. FOAMGLAS ® is an environ-mentally sound product and certified to standards of health and indoor airquality in buildings.
Insulation of Floors and Walls of Ammonia and Liquefied Gas Tanks
FOAMGLAS® insulation system is surprisingly competitive, requiring only two layers in many cases
where other insulation materials need three or more layers to perform adequately. As a result, less joint sealant and handling would be required. In systems operating down to -51°C (-58°F), FOAMGLAS® insulation can be applied in a single layer, thus avoiding the costly double layering required with alternative systems. FOAMGLAS® insulation systems are fabricated with methods designed to produce a finished product which resists
the thermal shock associated with drastic temperature cycling.

Our experience is more than 12 years with a number of completed sites in Bulgaria. We have solved problems with mold, condensation, waterproofing and hot and cold insulation on buildings and industrial facilities.
FOAMGLAS®, or the foam glass as a material, has a great application in our lives, which is a significant factor in energy saving and reducing operating costs. After many years of usage, the foam glass panels can be dismantled and reused - either as an insulation panels for further construction projects, or as a recycled additive for the production of new foam glass products. Their production is carbon neutral, therefore contributes to the environment as well.
The hermetically sealed structure of FOAMGLAS® glass cells is naturally produced, does not contain environmentally harmful blowing agents and flame retardants. Mutagenic or carcinogenic chemicals are not used during production.
FOAMGLAS® cell glass insulation does not contain organic compounds, oil or petroleum by-products, or toxic or flammable materials. FOAMGLAS® is an inert non-toxic material.
